The provider of this site automatically imposes and saves information in so called server-log files, that your browser is submitting to us automatically.

Those are:

  • browser type and browser version
  • used operating system
  • referrer URL

This data is not assignable to specific person. A consolidation with other data sources will not happen. We reserve the right to check this data at a later stage, if any evidence of unlawful use becomes known.

Contact form

If you send us requests over our contact form, your stated contact data will be saved for processing the request and in case of any further questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.


For our commenting feature on our website, next to your comment, the following data will be saved: time of comment creation, your email address and, if you do not post anonymous, your user name.

If users write comments on our website, we collect data that will be shown in the commenting form, as well as the IP-address of the user and the user-agent-string (to identify the browser) to enable SPAM recognition.

From your email address an anonymized string (called Hash) may be created and submitted to the Gravatar service to check usage of this service by the user. Please read the data protection statement here: After your comment has been approved, your profile image is visible publicly in the context of your comment.

If you write a comment, it will be saved without time limitation including meta data. In this way we can recognize additional comments automatically and publish them without manual approval by the administrator.

For users that register on our website, we will be saving the personal information they are stating in their user profiles. All users can read, edit or delete their personal information any time (user name cannot be changed). Adminstrators of the website can also access this information and change it.

Visitor comments can be checked by an automated service for SPAM contents.


If you are a registered user and upload images to the website, you should avoid using images with an EXIF-GPS location. Visitors of this website can download images saved on this website and extract the location data.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages of this website can contain emebedded contents (e.g. videos, images, articles). Embedded content acts as if the user has visited another website. These websites may collect data, use cookies, embed third party tracking services and record your interaction.

This website uses an SSL encryption for security reasons and to secure submission of sensitive data.
